Returns sent back without an RMA number may not receive credit.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned parts.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
Parts must be in resaleable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. No writing or markings on the packaging.
Used, installed, or test-fitted parts cannot be returned.
Electrical parts are non-returnable.
Sheet metal and body parts are non-returnable.
Parts under $20 in value are non-returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Parts found to be used, installed, or not in original packaging will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Core Charge Returns
Core returns must be shipped back in the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a core refund.
Return shipping for cores is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
